Citizen Advice Bureau Staff Try Massively To Help All Who Call

The citizen advice bureaux in UK is one of the funadmentals of our legal and justice system.  It is a free to consult service to allow even the most poorly off have acces to advice on all sorts of legal and domestic issues.  They try to help as many folk as possible but obviously,  being free to users, is horrendously over worked with not enough advisers.  They do their level best to help all callers on a massive range of problems that include state benefits;  work and employment issues;  debt and money;  consumer purchase problems;  family issues;  social housing;  law and the courts, immigration and health.   This is a massive undertaking and involves thousands of volunteers who have experience in any one or more of these fields.  To get an appointment is quite an achievement but once in the door, their commitment to help cannot be faulted.  They try to represent claimants in some court or tribunal cases or point folk in the right direction to get other funded assistance.
